Will not allow me to unsubscribe, sent multiple emails requesting them to cancel my account. They make no attempt to answer or fulfill my request. The card they keep trying to charge is luckily canceled and unable to be charged further, but the lack of working self-service options makes them look incredibly untrustworthy. Very unhappy.

I contacted customer service because of a refund

I contacted customer service because of a wrong subscription. They never got back to me. Now I have to involve my bank to get my money back. The website literally stated that: “If you are a consumer and you cancel your subscription within 14 days from the start of your original subscription date, and you have not used the services (including uploading media, editing, or adding subtitles), we will provide a full refund.” But they just ignore my email.
