The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt withI am beyond frustrated with this company and their nonexistent customer support. I’ve tried to contact them over and over again to cancel my subscription because the cancellation link on their website doesn’t work and never has. Nobody ever replies. I’ve sent email after email with no response at all.If you want to be charged indefinitely for a service you can’t cancel, this is the website for you! If they charge me again despite my repeated attempts to cancel, I will escalate this in every possible way including disputing the charges with my bank and canceling the card they keep billing because this is absolutely ridiculous.
Total scam artists. They deceptively charged me for an entire year making it look like a free trial period. THEN a paywall to sign the terms and condition showed up. I refused to agree to the terms of charging me. I have been trying to contact them for months for a refund because I did not consent. They took my money, did not give me access to the product because I didn't agree to be charged, AND refuse to respond to me.
Run from using this crap, stick to software that is actually end user friendly....hate to say but something like Canva, Adobe ect. These guys are a complete joke.Support is slow, they are missing an actual support page.... comes up as 404 cant be found lol, their uploading in KB takes forever, I really dont know who built this system but for what they charge its disgusting!
