Been trying to get ahold of customer service to get a refund no response I emailed them and no one got back to me horrible service, good luck trying to contact them they never responded 😞 very sad

Fantastic tool

Fantastic tool, helped me get the final result i was hoping for.... cropping the blank edges of a video. After i spent a day on da vinci resolve, which was horrendously complex and difficult to master, i found echowave.io via chatGPT, and it made cropping so simple.
