The management is awful. My wife has been trying to cancel her membership for 2 months now and is unable to. Only “the managers” can cancel memberships and they never call back.

This is a scam of a company.

The new location in Newmarket advertised a promotion for the first callers to win one of 30 free massages or one of 10 facials, but it feels like a marketing ploy. I attempted to call from 8:58 AM to 9:30 AM using two cell phones, making over 63 calls, yet no one answered. I suspect they will falsely claim that some people were successful.

Terrible experience at Thornhill location

The Thornhill location provided a terrible experience. My partner and I had an appointment scheduled for December 20, 2025, but due to a medical emergency, we had to go to the hospital. We informed them ahead of time and did not cancel. Yet, at 11:36 AM, we received an email stating our appointment was canceled and charged $79 per person—almost two hours before the appointment. When I called to discuss it, I was told I would receive a callback after our appointment time, which never happened. I later learned that the receptionist canceled our appointment without our consent. We were unable to reach management.

I had a fantastic massage experience with a wonderful therapist. I think they call it being 'massage drunk.' The entire staff at this location is exceptional.

Extremely disappointing experience

This service is extremely disappointing—do not spend your money here. I canceled my membership back in June 2025 due to the closure of the local spa, yet they continued to withdraw funds from my account for the next four months. Now, in January 2026, I am still waiting for my refund. I call daily and speak with a representative who is new and unable to resolve the issue. I was offered to use credits for massages, but I just want my money back. I'm ready to leave negative reviews everywhere I can!

Frustrating experience in Clarkston

I had a frustrating experience in Clarkston. I purchased gift cards that they strangely couldn't find. If I hadn't kept thorough receipts, I would have been out of luck. Even with receipts, it was a NIGHTMARE trying to redeem the gift cards. They constantly asked if I had a credit card on file. Keep track of everything carefully.

Disappointing service at Menomonee Falls

I have been a member at the Menomonee Falls location for 10 years. I canceled my membership recently after a service I took that was part of a package that had expired without my knowledge. The manager called me asking for payment for the service I received, which I reluctantly paid. However, he charged the wrong card, causing an overdraft in my account. He then tried to explain banking to me, which was quite frustrating. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Avoid the membership signup

Avoid signing up for the membership! It’s a scam. They require you to pay for at least one month even if you cancel right after joining. I had an adverse reaction to one of their products and was told to pay for a month’s fee while being given three months to use it.
