Recently had new windows installed from EcoInstallations. Everything during the whole process has been first class. From the initial consultation with Craig to the regular contact with Angela re fitting date and after care then the fitters on the day. Remember one was called Daniel and there was another guy I’m not too sure of his name. They have all been amazing. They have done such an amazing job in what was a huge task given how old the previous windows were. I am over the moon with how they look and already feeling the difference with noise and insulation. Would highly recommend this company. Professional throughout and incredibly easy to deal with. Thank you guys
Very impressed tonight with the level of friendly service from Kieran from Eco Installations. No pushy sales tactics, clear explanations about window scrappage, cash and finance prices, brochures and was very patient when I couldn't decide on which doors I wanted- too much choice. Keiran was even kind enough to show me an example of a window he had tucked away in his car.
I’m rating my initial contact with this company. So efficient, from the first phone call, making an appointment, letting me know the name of the person who would be calling etc. I spoke with two ladies who were so friendly and efficient. Cameron was on time. He was very polite and friendly. Immensely knowledgable and helpful. Not in the least pushy. I chose to order my new windows. The next morning I got a call from the company with an appointment with the surveyor for the next measurements. I’ll review again after installation.
From start to finish it wa seamless , the windows are smart and do what they should , Graham and the team of fitters are wizards . The finishing was way beyond what I was expecting as I have never had to replace windows before.i would seriously recommend if you are considering new windows give them a shout.
