Every. Single. Time a package is delivered with DPD, there is not a single attempt of delivery. Yet, a message is sent apologizing for having missed the recipient. The package is taken to a Paket Shop (best case scenario) or, as I recently experienced, returned to the sender. It’s to the point now where I will seek different online retailers if they use DPD as their courier and I would definitely not choose them myself.
Terrible.

They have to be the laziest delivery…

They have to be the laziest delivery company in Germany. They don't even try to deliver anything. They just say, "package refused with no reason given" then send it to some random Paketshop. Even worse is there is zero customer service -- it is impossible to reach a real human being, ever. If an online company says they will ship with DPD, then do yourself a favor, and don't buy from them. Getting your package will be a nightmare.

very poor service

Drivers never deliver at home, even I am waiting for whole day.This time they drop at pick-up location and address was emailed. When I went there, shop did not have my parcel so DPD cannot even send me correct address for pick-up.

DPD HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

DPD owns another company. They used them to deliver to me. Of course they didn't deliver. I posted a message on the FB. They replied. Then another person replied who scammed me out of 230 euros. This company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. If I see a company uses them for deliveries I cancel the order. I am also receiving scam sms messages pretending to be them. They have No security and are not professional.

Lost/Stolen Package

My package I have shipped with DPD that is worth almost 700€'s got lost/stolen in DPD warehouse and they do not even reply to e-mails and saying they will look into it, and try to throw the responsibility to somewhere else. I will report them to the police.

The worst carrier company I have ever seen.How can it survive after receiving 0-1 stars for years, unbelievableI have lived every single problem that other customers have given. I am checking now with which carrier does a seller work with before shopping

They “tried” delivering my package 3…

They “tried” delivering my package 3 times at a parcel pickup point inside a Budni and stated the business was closed, when in fact it was open the whole time, because of that my package ended up being sent back to the sender. Their customer service did nothing to help and they were rude.

Useless Services of dpd

I don't even want to give them one star but without that I can not write a review.Completely useless service of dpd. Calling their customer service from yesterday but they kept me on waiting for 15 min and then they disconnect the call that they are not available. There tracking system shows that the carton boxes are delivered but no other information. I checked two packets stations that may be they delivered it there bot no information even the letter they left in my letter box no one no about that number. No one should trust dpd service as no support is available for the customers. Will never used it again in my life and will not recommend it at all for using it.

I ordered through Braumeister Speidel…

I ordered through Braumeister Speidel an DPD Express delivery for 105 Euros, expecting it to be here in a day or two. Shipped Wednesday, arrived Monday. It was DHL that had the "mile". The shipment was on its way Friday .. according the tracking, but didnt make it all the way. Really !!!! Thats EXPRESS ?
