Overall very happy. Initial consultation with Matty was good. He explained everything very well and was very personable. No hidden costs that I wasn't aware of.The installation itself was ok but the property is a rental and it was empty at the time. The installers didn't tell me when they were arriving so I never quite knew who was doing what when. All in all the solar panels and converter all work fine and the job is neat. However they did drill an unnecessary hole through an outside wall and then fill it back in with unpaintable putty. This wasn't brought to my attention, I had to discover it by myself. A small detail but annoying nonetheless. However, I would still recommend this company.
We had a great experience with Eco Installations Scotland, the sales man took lots of time to talk through our options and make sure we were happy an not felt pressured. The communication from Angela in the office was great, she made sure we knew what was happening at each stage and finally the guys who installed were fantastic, did an amazing job and tidied up after themselves. We got new doors, windows and converted a window to French Doors all of which look amazing and just what we were looking for
Just had our windows installed today by Daniel , Liam and Nello , what a fantastic bunch of guys they are all so cheerful and informative and clean up after themselves . But from ordering windows to installation, Eco installations kept in touch with us every step of the way . Even when we were having trouble paying deposit , the managing director John was very understanding . I would highly recommend Eco Installations to anyone looking to have new windows installed please give this company consideration you will not be sorry .
