Great product- well made, lovely company to deal with. Both Micheal and Billy are gentleman. Absolutely no issues, arrived when they said they would, no hidden extras - no need to phone them 10 times to get response. If only every company was like this.
Very efficient service from start to finish. Mike answered all my queries and Billy arrived on time to install the product and ensured that it was installed at a height that suited me . The installation was seamless. The clothes line and canopy itself is very neat . I got an 8 foot and it takes two full loads. The tumble drier has not been used since the eco dry clothes line was installed. I have no hesitation in recommending the product and the company.
Contacted Mike about getting a clothesline installed. He replied within hours. The process of ordering was very simple and efficient. Billy was then in contact with regards to installation, again very simple and efficient, kept me up to date on when he would come to install my clothesline and arrived exactly when he said. Everything great from start to finish. We covered the side of our house that was quite a big unused area, and now apart from drying clothes it became such a great place for the kids too. We are very happy with the canopy. Michael was very helpful planning the size and Billy did an excellent job installing it. Highly recommend it!

We were constantly using the dryer, hanging clothes off radiators and a clothes horse to get them dry.
