My experience with Ecom Experts LLC has been extremely disappointing and costly. I want to share this so others do not go through the same situation.
This company convinced me to invest in their e-commerce services by promising to build and manage a Shopify store that would generate income. After paying them, the Shopify store never performed and never generated any sales.
When I raised concerns, they told me the solution was to build an Amazon store instead, promising that it would perform much better. I trusted their advice and allowed them to move forward with that plan. Unfortunately, the Amazon store also produced no sales at all, and I ended up paying Amazon seller fees out of my own pocket while the store remained inactive.
They also instructed me to obtain a reseller permit, telling me it would cost $450 and offering to help set it up. Later I discovered that the actual cost for the permit was only about $60, which made me question the honesty of their pricing and services.
After realizing nothing was working, I attempted to contact them several times for support and explanations. At first responses were slow, and eventually they stopped responding completely.
Overall, my experience with Ecom Experts LLC felt very misleading. They made strong promises about building profitable online stores but did not deliver results, and communication stopped once issues were raised.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering working with this company do thorough research and proceed with extreme caution before giving them any money.
A con from the start. The promise was too good to be true, so I should have known. I even got them to clarify their guarantee in an email to cover myself, but that does not do any good when they try to deflect responsibility and stop responding. I have 40 pages of documentation if anyone would like to see it. The guarantee was clear and unambiguous. They got 1 sale of $9.99 for an investment of $1,250. Thankfully, I was able to negotiate 50% upfront until we saw some results or it would have been a $2,500 con.

Their representative insisted that the Amazon FBA model was “more profitable” and “faster.” That turned out to be false. I never received a working store or anything close to the profitable business they promised.2. Deliverables That Didn’t ExistLater, they claimed my “Amazon business infrastructure” was complete, including “store creation, LLC integration, and account provisioning.”None of that was true.My company had already been registered for years — no new LLC was created.My Amazon account already existed long before hiring them.No functioning store, operational system, or sales channel was ever delivered.Essentially, they claimed credit for things that were already done before I hired them.3. The “Three Approved Brands” That Would Lose MoneyThey repeatedly pointed to “three approved brands” as proof that the project was finished. After reviewing the data, I found that these products would have lost money after accounting for Amazon’s fees and costs. I asked several times for proof of profitability or even a basic financial plan. I never received one.Later, they claimed another client was successfully selling one of those same products — information they never mentioned earlier and never backed up with evidence. Even if true, that would mean they were setting clients up to compete with each other.4. Repeated Requests IgnoredThroughout the project, I made multiple written requests for documentation — including the service agreement, internal review notes, and project data. I have yet to receive a single one of these documents. Their lack of transparency was constant and deeply frustrating.5. The Refund that Turned into a Legal TrapAfter months of chasing them, they offered a $2,500 partial refund, calling it a gesture of goodwill. However, the “refund agreement” they sent claimed 50% of the work was completed and that accepting it would settle everything. It was a legal release disguised as a refund.When I refused to sign something inaccurate and provided my own fair version, they stopped communicating entirely. No refund, no response — nothing.6. Silence and DisregardEven after acknowledging my messages, they took 11 days to respond to a 3-day deadline they themselves had set. Every interaction required multiple follow-ups. Now, they’ve gone silent altogether.7. Final ThoughtsEcomExperts LLC overpromised, underdelivered, and then disappeared when accountability was required.Communication: Nonexistent.Transparency: None.Ethics: Highly questionable.If you’re considering working with this company, think carefully. I want to review this company for advertising a service for customers who are looking to increase their sales utilizing their service. This company was unable to provide the service they are advertising because they are understaffed according to a company representative that has contacted me after my online inquiry. He stated that "they received a great response from the FB ads" and that they are not able to assist any "new" customers. I can appreciate the intent to provide good service to their existing clientele but the ads should be paused!
