I am a leaving this 5 star review pertaining to their customer service. They have been very responsive to any correspondence. The scooter looks very impressive. Sadly the person it was purchased is no longer able to use it. remember to keep it on turtle until you get used to it. Very quick pick up. Delivery was ahead of schedule. While the other items came in the following days the lack did not interfere with the scooter operation.

I want to express my appreciation for this outstanding company. A friend purchased a scooter for her son, who is a double amputee, but it was stolen a few days ago. When she contacted the support team to inquire about GPS installation, she was informed that it wasn't included. However, they also mentioned they would provide a replacement, and they did. It arrived today, which I think is remarkable!
This scooter truly deserves a five-star rating. It arrived fully assembled, making setup a breeze—just lift the steering wheel and secure it. The unpackaging was simple, and it was fully charged upon arrival. I recently took it to a car show in a well-known area, where the track spans 2.5 miles. After spending nine hours there, it only consumed 20% of its battery, even while towing a small box. I can't find any faults with this product; it was definitely worth the investment. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Five stars all around!
This scooter restored my independence! After undergoing significant knee surgery and being unable to bear weight for 8 weeks, I found this chair to be life-changing. It allowed me to continue teaching and join my students on field trips, thanks to its compact size and easy breakdown—it truly can go anywhere. I used it daily at Disney World during those long park days! This chair handles all types of surfaces, whether rocky, dirt, or smooth. I even took it to baseball and football games! Without it, I couldn't enjoy my life. This chair genuinely transformed my daily experience. The company has been incredibly supportive and responsive to any inquiries or concerns we've had. Their customer service is exceptional and very straightforward. It arrives ready for assembly. I would highly recommend this chair and the company to anyone.
I just got the MS02-F Mobility Scooter and took it for its first trip in the park which is a few blocks from us. It is easy to drive and can really pick up speed on the straight parts! It handled the hill (in the grass) very well and moved well in the very thick grass. It also climbed over all the little dips and curbs that I encountered. It is heavier than I expected and with failing hips and knees both my husband and I will be loading it in the car together...although, in a pinch, I could do it myself. I had a small issue with a part ordered and the company took care of it immediately. Great customer service as far as I can tell. Can't wait to take it shopping...something I have not been able to do for months.
I purchased this scooter mainly for use in theme parks, and overall it has been a great choice. I’m able to load and unload it from my car by myself, which is very convenient. The battery, once fully charged, lasts me all day during park visits. It does take a few charge cycles before reaching full capacity, but after that, the performance has been reliable.The only drawback I’ve noticed is the turn radius, which is not ideal for theme park queues. On several rides, I had to do a lot of reversing and adjusting to make certain turns, while others on different scooters had no trouble. That said, this is something I could have anticipated by checking more reviews beforehand. If there were a way to improve the turning capability, it would make the scooter even better.Overall, I’m very happy with this scooter. It has given me the independence to enjoy the parks and other activities without having to rely on rentals. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-transport scooter for everyday use and travel.
