I wish I had found this platform earlier. I spent $60 on products via a payment service, believing it indicated a reliable business. Fortunately, I've started a dispute with the payment service and have only paid $15 so far. I haven't received any replies to my emails or tracking information. After reading other reviews, I’m not optimistic about getting any response.
It's concerning that this is the second option that appears on Google for this store. This is a total scam - when I noticed the receipt lacked a delivery date, I knew something was off. I ordered an item worth NZD 399.00, and it's just been "waiting for info" on the platform. I've emailed them three times now without any response. This does not appear to be a legitimate business, and I will be filing a complaint. Others should consider doing the same.

I ordered glassware from this site. Initially, I received no tracking information, but after reaching out to schedule a delivery time, I received a call. The delivery arrived several hours late, and the glassware was broken. I've been trying to contact them for two months to arrange a replacement or refund, but have received no response. I've now referred the matter to the commerce commission. Avoid shopping here.
Buyer beware, this website is a scam. I purchased something online, and while the money was taken from my account, I never received an order confirmation email. I emailed the seller twice at their listed email address to inquire about my order but received no response. I've reported the matter to the appropriate authorities. You can look up the company that registered the website domain and find more details through the company register.
