The gingerbread house kit was quite surprising. It wasn't very clear that we needed to bake all the components fully. This should be more explicit. The website mentions: "Experience the magic of the holidays by baking, building and decorating a gingerbread house. This certified gluten-free kit comes in an adorable decorative house box that includes all of the dry ingredients, house cookie cutters, and decorating supplies you’ll need!" However, we had to provide butter, icing, and molasses, and there were hardly any decorations included. Only two small bags of sprinkles were provided - a huge letdown. We've purchased many gingerbread house kits, and this one was not only lacking but the dough didn't even yield enough for the four houses we ordered! It only made two. On a positive note, the gingerbread itself tasted great.

I've reached out to the bakery for an update but received no reply. I'm now requesting a refund for both the items and the shipping. I never received my shipment. I placed my order in early September and was charged for the items. On September 10, I was informed that a shipping label was created, but no package has ever been shipped. I've attempted to contact them multiple times since then, but without any response or assistance. I used the email provided on the website and called several times, but all the voicemail boxes are full. I am still waiting for any acknowledgment of my messages... it's now September 24!
I placed two orders nearly a month ago. I received one order, but the other is still missing. The order I did receive was very late and arrived soggy, as it wasn't kept frozen as indicated. I've encountered terrible customer service regarding the second order, filled with untruths. I've been told repeatedly that it would ship on Monday and promised tracking updates, but when nothing arrives, I request a refund only to be denied because my order is 'in process.' I strongly advise against doing business with this company!
I ordered several items that arrived later than expected, all packed in one box without any separation. Two packages of buns were crushed, and I had to make three attempts over the past week to finally receive a response. Now they want me to send photos to prove the damage, without addressing their packing methods. Thankfully, I hadn't discarded the items yet, even though they're now unusable. Their customer service has been very disappointing.
I never received my order for green tea. After placing the order, I quickly received a confirmation email promising an update when it shipped. Eleven days passed with no shipping information. I sent two emails and called three times without any response. I then contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Finally, I received a reply stating the tea was out of stock and asking if I wanted to order something else, which I declined. I requested to cancel my order and will not deal with this company again. I was shocked they waited so long to inform me about the stock issue. They later claimed my order was canceled but hadn’t processed my refund yet. I informed them they needed to issue the refund or I'd escalate it with my credit card company. They then claimed to have processed the refund, but it hasn't shown up online yet.
