All of the customer service workers are…

All of the customer service workers are AMAZING!!I had some toys but had a issue with one the thrusting setting wouldn't work so I emailed the service center. They responded quickly and sent another, I checked the settings on the new toy it worked. Setting it aside for a while came back for it however the thrusting wasn't working. Thank goodness I bought more toys, right. They have given store credit, I will be a customer for life because they helped me so thanks for responding to my email. Order number EM12702476
