The antibacterial cleanser I bought with my order came with a loose cap, and about half the liquid spilled out in the package. I wasn't sure anything would be done, but I called anyway, and Anna was SO sweet and empathetic!! A replacement cleanser is on the way. Thank you again so so much ma'am 🫂 Will definitely be ordering from EdenFantasys again!

Great selection of toys with good deals. The toy cleaner accidentally leaked into my package and support was helpful and sent out a replacement. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend!
