Tons of toys, but they don't play around when with their site

One of the best websites for adult toys around. The quick view into tabs are awesome for quickly browsing through to get an idea if you like something or even sometimes what the heck it even is before going to the page for more detailed info if you want. Every shopping site ever should have that. Great selection, lots of info on all of them. Awesome prices and grade A support that answered in a few short rings on the weekend when I called to update my shipping speed, which they did no problem. Couldn't be happier with my experiences with them.

Customer Service Useless

I'm pretty sure this company is not actually in the U.S. because I just spent the morning arguing with a customer service representative as to whether New Mexico is part of the contiguous U.S. They refused to look into why I was getting charged international shipping and just claimed that USPS considers NM a remote area even though, if the company was ACTUALLY headquartered in GA, then we would be closer to them than a number of states. Agent did not seem interested in calling USPS or even looking at a map, instead simply repeating the lie that it's not their fault, totally USPS. Thought I'd try their Facebook page and it says it's maintained by somebody in Moldova which sounds right to me since they don't want to call USPS and they don't know states.Edit: updated review to 3 stars because I appreciate that they were willing to look into the problem but I don't think it should have required posting a negative review to get it looked at.

Refreshing: Integrity-driven company

Was recently sent an electronic device that didn't work. Frankly, the deal was so good when I bought it I felt guilty complaining about it, but wrote them to let them know that the product was faulty and they might want to review their carrying it.I did not ask for another, but they volunteered to send an exact replacement and did so. It didn't work either, so let them know again and they offered a significant credit to me. I used it and the order was sent out that day.I consider their customer service superlative.

What more could you ask for??

Excellent customer service, incredibly fast processing and shipping, plenty of fun things to choose from! All of these things and more have made me a repeat customer for years, I’ve never had a bad product from them!!
