Awesome customer service, great products.

My wife and I are in our 60’s and still enjoy a safe, fun, adventurous sex life, thanks in part to EdenFantasys. They feature Fantastic customer service and an excellent selection of quality products. EdenFantasys is our go to company and once you give them a try you’ll be a customer for life. Had an issue with a product and reached out to customer service and did not get the result I felt was due. But reached out again and was personally contacted by Alex the head of customer service and he really went out of his way in accommodating my request. Issue solved immediately

Great Customer Service.

My wife and I were excited to try something new. Unfortunately the first purchase was a dud. Worked 2 times and that was it. After this issue I contacted Eden and they gave me a refund quick with no hassle so that we could order again. Great customer service.
