Recently received my order. I have been a customer for 10+ years. Have looked at other companies in the same business, however always buy from EF.For the first time (that I can recall) this order had a defective item. Emailed what the issue was, asked for a refund versus future credit. Quick reply "No Problem" that the refund had been applied to my card. The company has a great website, easy to navigate and always decent sales and promotions.
