Wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering! Took about 3 weeks to arrive. Blouses I ordered were a different shape to the ones advertised. Advertised blouses were longer at the back (which I like), ones delivered were same length all the way round. I knew they were going to be polyester and expected them to be lightweight and flimsy. They are not, they are heavy and made of a dense material which reminds me of the "nylony" stuff cheap catering uniforms are made of. Returns policy requires you to return the product to the manufacturer in China which I did not notice before ordering, if I had I would not of continued with the order. I decided to keep the items as I suspect the returns will be very problematic, but I do not expect to get a lot of wear out of them before they go off to the local charity shop. £70+ for a lesson learned. Will not be ordering anything else from them.

I have given 1 star as it is not possible to give 0 stars. I ordered shoes 20 days ago and was told they would be delivered in 8 working days. I still have no shoes and the tracking states that they have left the original airport and have now cleared customs. Clearly these are not coming from York.
This is a scam. Please don't fall for it.

Unfortunately I read the reviews of this company after ordering and, surprise surprise, the item I had ordered has just arrived and is complete garbage. It sounds from the other reviews that there’s not much point me trying to return it, so will have to chalk it up to experience. Avoid!!

i ordered dress it has taken 3 weeks to arrive made enquiries about there sizing was told to order next size up when i tried on it didn't fit on top part by a lot cheap flimsy material . I like many others read that they were based in York have emailed today about returning and was asked the problem as they could get me another told them i want to return and have a refund but as yet not heard back .don't hold out a lot of hope ,if not will contact bank
My delivery is supposedly due, I really wish I'd seen these reviews before I placed an order, I've emailed a couple of times and have had prompt replies. They also don't have a store in York, on my email I was told they are UK based. I shall wait till the end of the week before contacting my bank.
