Do NOT order from Salus Sauna

I ordered a sauna from Salus Saunas after receiving written confirmation of stock and delivery. The company later cancelled the order without cause and held my funds . After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and Washington Attorney General.Consumers deserve transparency and reliability in large wellness purchases. I cannot recommend Salus Saunas based on this experience.

Found the perfect sauna for my back patio at Salus Saunas. The team was incredibly helpful from the sales process through the install answering my endless questions with patience and expertise. The quality and look of the sauna turned out amazing. Better than my lofty expectations. Would highly recommend Salus Saunas to anyone interested.
