One star is too generous.
Two items were delivered with stains, and I have now been dealing with this issue for nearly a month.
Instead of taking responsibility, I was told to try cleaning the stains myself with soap. When I refused, it took 11 days just to arrange a replacement — and even then, the wrong items were areanged. This happened repeatedly, even after I corrected their mistakes multiple times.
Eventually, one correct item was delivered with other incorrect items. However, the other item is still pending, and I am still waiting with no clear resolution.
My emails have gone unanswered. When I called, I was told the case manager was on dayoff and would contact me the next morning. No one called. When I followed up again, I was told the manager had already finished for the day.
The entire experience has been disorganised, careless, and completely unprofessional.
At this point, even one star feels too generous. I would not recommend this company.
The drawers are equipped with low-quality runners that tend to become loose over time due to screws that are inadequate for the drawer's weight. When I raised this issue, the support team did not provide any assistance despite having clear evidence, and I have now had to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities.
I really don't want to give even one star; it deserves negative stars instead. I made a significant investment in furniture from a local store. We ordered a king bed, a five-seater lounge, and a dining table with chairs. The delivery was scheduled for December 4th, but it did not happen. After several attempts to reach out, they rescheduled the delivery for December 15th, 2025. On the 15th, we only received the dining table and chairs in good condition. However, the king bed's headrest was damaged. The lounge, which I was looking forward to, arrived with only the corner seat; the other four seats were missing. I reported this issue right away and even received an email response, but ten days have passed without any further communication. Despite multiple calls to customer care, I was informed that it was delivered, while the delivery personnel stated it wasn’t available at the warehouse. It feels like we are the ones suffering for choosing this store. I will never make another purchase or recommend this place again. The first thing I plan to do in the new year is file a complaint regarding the undelivered lounge that I've already paid for. I strongly advise against buying anything from this company. While the furniture may look appealing, their customer service and delivery processes are severely lacking, effectively taking your money without providing the full order, leaving you waiting at home for days.

Even weeks apart, she recognized me and greeted me kindly. However, I must share a concern regarding my later visit when I spoke with the Marketing Manager about discounts. Her approach felt abrupt and dismissive, leaving a negative impression. While I sought clarification on pricing, her manner was discouraging. This experience made my husband reconsider our entire order. The company has beautiful products and great staff, but experiences like this can easily drive customers away. I hope management values communication that fosters customer satisfaction.
I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience today. As a loyal customer, I’ve purchased multiple items without any issues in the past. However, today I felt let down. The company is advertising a significant sale, and I asked if they could honor the advertised price for my earlier purchase. The manager refused, citing delivery timelines outside of my control. I wasn't asking for a price match; just to honor their own sale. To make matters worse, her solution was to cancel my order and reorder, which would delay my delivery further. This experience left me feeling misled and undervalued, making me question whether I can trust the company again.
