No ordered delivered. So start the refund process with bank There trying to say it's been delivered absolute sham of a company already started the legal process with Trading standards and the NCA for mass fraud.
The company itself is amazing, no doubt whatsoever you’ll get amazing high-quality vintage clothing you’ll ever get with so many varieties. Loved the options and deals the site gives and never really disliked anything put up on the site :D
I felt like the site was so easy to understand and use. It’s also really straightforward, if you want something this is for you, if you want something else this is for you. Great site, I’m excited for my package to get here.
I like the idea of having a mystery box of cool vinted clothes but what I received is all going on vinted apart from one thing. Everything I got I could have bought on there for a lot less. What is advertised looks great which is what attracted me but that’s not what I received. The adidas hoody alone is online for £8.

Order November noting turned up. Cannot get hold of the company.
Have reported to trading standards, requested charge back on my card and personally hope they go out of business/get caught for poor business practices.

I was attracted by one of the Instagram ads. I placed an order for a total of €174, buying a mistery box with five pieces. I placed the order on 7 December 2025 and still haven't received any updates on the package. I thought this was strange, had they forgotten about it? Then I wrote to customer support to ask for clarification and provided them with the order ID. The next day, I received a clearly pre-written response telling me that it would take up to one month. Two months have passed and I still haven't received anything.
I have been wanting to order from this company for some time and by pure luck I checked them out and there was even better deals going on so I took the chance and ordered a mystery box. The site is easy to navigate and the process of ordering is quick and simple. There can be nothing but positivity towards this company and their ability to offer great deals for fantastic products. Honestly you have to be quick or it's all gone.
Ignore the good reviews!!!!!!, this shop is a scam I haven’t received my clothes in months and it doesn’t look like it, will especially that I’ve spent a lot on it. You get automated emails when you ask where they are, I’ve reached out for a refund but no luck there. If you want to throw hundreds of dollars away and get nothing this is the place to do it. SCAM VINTAGE!
