Review Time
I recently placed an order with this company, but I have been unable to get in touch with them regarding my purchase.
The contact details provided on their website do not appear to work. Emails are not being responded to, and other listed contact methods are either unavailable or non-functional. This has made it very difficult to get updates about my order or resolve my concerns.
I would appreciate a response from the company as soon as possible to clarify the status of my order and provide valid contact information.
At the moment, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency.
Really seems like great quality for a great value. The mystery boxes look sick. I would still be chuffed if I get 5 pieces, no matter how you spin it, it's a good deal.
Never received my order.
Received lots of marketing emails but nothing about my order. Now way over the ridiculous 15 days delivery date and no delivery or response to my emails.

Love the clothing there if I had more money I'd definitely shop there everyday just to get more of the vintage wear it kinda feels like it takes u back in time and the style back then. I think it's really cool and unique. Keep up the good work.
I am giving this tin pot company 0 score. Scammed my son out of £99. They easily take ur money then never ship the orders. No actual way of contacting them. Steer clear of this company. Something needs to be done before many others lose their money.
First I’m not going to say anything bad regarding delivery, I ordered and I had it within a week, however the rest of the experience is not that good.
Ordered 2 jackpot boxes 5-15 items, a mystery carhartt cap, and with that order was a free carhartt item and another box with 3-5 items in it.
My order that arrived wasn’t horrendous on the items but I wouldn’t say any where to the chosen preferences, but we move on as it’s a mystery, however when selecting a XL and all the items wouldn’t fit a medium, I’m not sure how they can claim they good items when they’ve either shrunk or are child/woman’s sizes.
My mystery carhartt cap, which I only ordered to get the free box as it was £10 more on my order to get, has arrived as a Ralph Lauren cap, which I’m certain is a fake, plastic tag, attached with a standard tag gun you can get off eBay, they claim not to sell fakes and they’d rather close, I’d question the authenticity of atleast 3 of my items out of the 11 I received.
This brings me to my last point of receiving 11 items, 2 boxes of 5-15 items, minimum items I should receive is 10, mystery cap, total of 11, free carhartt item was total 12, and the mystery box of 3-5, minimum total of 15, I received 11 items on my order and have emailed over a week ago, a follow up email, a instagram message and have had no response, this company’s marketing team are great with advertising, I’d suggest maybe moving someone into your customer service department, as looking at the previous reviews over the last week, no one gets a response.
The website is good at explaining and its very easy to manage. I just wish it had a simple cancel feature as I accidentally miss ordered something and to correct the order I had to email to cancel
Terrible experience, i feel like i got brutally scammed.
I placed the orderd in November and it arrived on the 18th of FEBRUARY. 3 months to put together the most underwelming "vintage" box. It was supposed to be 2 mystery boxes of minimum 3 o max 8 pieces each plus one more. I endend up with a grand total of 7 pieces, 4 of wich were t-shirts (two of these t-shirts were even the same) and one cap. No jeans, no trousers, no jackets. An absolute joke, for the price they are selling these boxes at they should at least include a pair of jeans/trousers and a jacket. It's ridiculous to pay this much for a bunch of t-shirts and a few sweaters.
Not to mention the 40+ € of hidden fees for international shipping to Italy.
I like the website I have ordered even though I’ve seen the bad reviews I think the concept is really cool I will do an unboxing video I can’t score 5 stars as I haven’t received my order yet it said 3 days on the website so fingers crossed I’ll have it in time for my holiday I’ll change my star rating based on if I get my items in time and what I get 🙌 a lifetime of vintage clothes would be awesome 🤩
My son ordered a ‘Too Good to Throw’ mystery box of two items with a surprise Carhartt free item. The Carhartt item did not arrive with delivery. Emailed customer service but no reply.
My son paid GBP55 including postage and out of the two items in the box, one is a stained and grubby Nike hoodie and the other is a thin Adidas T Shirt that would fit a child not a men’s size S that was stated, and can be found new online for 15quid. Maybe ‘too good to throw’ but actually in the kind of condition that I would donate them, not sell them. Overall terrible value for money and terrible customer service. Avoid this company.
