Terrible customer service. I made an order in November and still have not received my package. I ended up seeing a “refusal to pay duties” which I was never informed in an any way where I was able to pay this “duty”. I’ve emailed several times to just get an update and I’d still like to try and receive my package and this time be aware of the duty costs but I’ve yet not received anything back. Do not recommend!!!
Genuine high-quality apparel. The support team was fantastic; I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, and they promptly adjusted my order before it shipped. I received a quick response and didn’t have to wait long for them to take action.

However, it could benefit from including suggested S-XXL sizes for men's pants, as I found this challenging while shopping for my son's birthday gift. The clothing received is of poor quality (like Champion and Wrangler) and often stained, unlike the advertised brands such as Stussy, Nike, and Carhartt. Additionally, there has been no response to any inquiries submitted through the website, and I am currently seeking a chargeback through my bank.

I want to share this review as a warning for others using this service. First and foremost, the customer support is extremely poor. I placed an order at the start of December and have made numerous attempts to reach out about my delivery, but have not received any response. I did eventually get a message regarding a delay, yet no delivery date was given. I spent over £150 on my order and expected a significantly better level of service. I should have heeded the other reviews about this company before making my purchase. It has now become clear that they don't even provide a contact number, which is concerning. Please don't make the same error I did.
