I ordered a product on the 2nd of December, and the website promised a shipment within 15 days. As of the 20th of January, it still hasn't been dispatched! I was hesitant about the site, so I opted for a payment plan, which worked fine in the past, with previous orders arriving before the second payment. The second payment was due on the 2nd of January, but I've refused to pay it until my order is shipped. At this point, I don't even want the item anymore; it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I have sent two emails requesting a refund but haven't received any response in five days. I want my initial payment of £17 back, but it's not just about the money; it’s the principle of the matter. Below is the email I sent, which has gone unanswered. In summary, I wouldn't recommend this service as they fail to deliver items within the promised timeframe. The clothing received is of poor quality (like Champion and Wrangler) and often stained, unlike the advertised brands such as Stussy, Nike, and Carhartt. Additionally, there has been no response to any inquiries submitted through the website, and I am currently seeking a chargeback through my bank.

I want to share this review as a warning for others using this service. First and foremost, the customer support is extremely poor. I placed an order at the start of December and have made numerous attempts to reach out about my delivery, but have not received any response. I did eventually get a message regarding a delay, yet no delivery date was given. I spent over £150 on my order and expected a significantly better level of service. I should have heeded the other reviews about this company before making my purchase. It has now become clear that they don't even provide a contact number, which is concerning. Please don't make the same error I did.
The items I received were in terrible shape. I purchased a mystery box, expecting a variety of quality pieces, but instead got a worn jersey similar to a basic T-shirt (specifically for a young child), and a heavily used hoodie that was cracked. The supposed "FREE Branded Piece" was a cap with a label in Chinese, not the expected jacket. I anticipated a box containing 3, 5, or 8 items, potentially including trousers or even a high-quality coat, but it turned out to be a complete scam. The price was quite high, and the clothes had an unpleasant odor.
DECEITFUL SCAM! Misleading reviews tricking customers. I've been waiting for my order for two months! I'm exhausted from waiting for something that will never come. Not only do they fail to deliver the order, but they also send apology emails thanking us for our patience along with numerous (fake) promotional emails. It's disheartening that I, along with many others, have fallen for this scam. AVOID PURCHASING AS NOTHING WILL SHOW UP AT YOUR ADDRESS!
I'm very pleased with my purchase as paying €50 for an item valued at about €200 feels like an incredible bargain. The price-to-value ratio is very attractive, making it a wise choice. Overall, I'm satisfied with this deal and would definitely think about buying again.
