Let's be honest, the site is not without flaws (for example the withdrawal of skins) but all the features, promotions, and other stuff they constantly introduce absolutely nullifies the problems.

I used to visit the egb quite often but I left because of problems in my life. And when I came back, I wrote to support, "give me a bonus in honor of the good old days". They checked something in their system and gave me a bonus. I didn't really needed it, just thought I' check to see if my credit was forgotten or not. It was nice.

Cannot withdraw funds. I've been trying to withdraw my funds for months now and customer service is not helping nor are they taking this matter urgently. Responses are always few lines long messages that end with the likes of "sorry for the delays", and offer no solutions or a timeline.Really shame this is the reality, I've been playing on the site for years and even recommended it to some of my friends. I trusted this site enough to have 4 figure balance on their site. That was a mistake.Edit: Got contact to a new person through this trustpilot complaint --> they offered no solutions and finally started ghosting me. 5 months and my money i still stuck on this site. This site is either a scam or the company is going bankrubt. Either way avoid at all cost.
