One should assume that EGB is a reputable organization after being in the industry for a decade. Initially I did have such impressions since I was able to cash out a modest (3 digit) sum 2 years ago without much of a hassle. However, I was very wrong. And egb.com should be exposed for their scamy behavior. Since for the past 3 + weeks I was trying to cash out a somewhat larger (4 digit) sum.First I am asking general questions in the public chat like : "Is any one else having trouble cashing out?" Which then results in a 180 days ban from the chat by the moderator, the reason: " attempt to damage the public image of the website"...After that I'm trying to seek help from the online chat support, in which case I'm just told to contact them via email, and that's that. ( the support agent leaves the chat room without even waiting for my response).And finally I try the email support... which is by far the worst... feeding me with lies. I'm explaining the situation by telling that I've been patiently waiting for my withdrawal to be processed for more then a week, the reply "you request has been forwarded to the finance department". Another week goes by without any money from egb nor any reply from the finance department or support. I'm asking the support yet again as to what is going on, to which the reply is " ... the cashout system that you chose (blue gate) are processed with high delay, the money should arrive in 1-5 days from now"...After waiting another week without any money I've decided not to contact the support anymore and just try a different cashout option. This time I went for their "yellow gate" (not sure what is their obsession with all these colored gates), in this case I waited 5 days just to receive the automated message saying: "Cashout has been denied. The reason is: Service is unavailable".I'm done with these people! They are working against their long lasting customers. EGB's personnel have majored in "Fraudulent Activity" from what I can tell. Avoid this website at all cost if you value your time and money!Update:No, I'm not sending any more information to rbmod @ egb.com. As I've said before: I'm done wasting my time and sanity on EGB. Besides, I've already gambled away the funds that I intended to cashout for oh so long, since no one will pay anyways.
I have made deposits through Bitcoin and Skrill. More than 3 months since I'm trying to withdraw 742 usd through this methods but they have deleted my requests quoting "not available at the moment". This are the 2 most important methods... They asked to provide a Payapal account which I did but then they said it is not possible to pay me on this method either. You judge by yourself about this tricks... And now they are not even responding anymore. I placed reviews everywhere to warn people that they are broke. Please stay away from this scammers
Many problems with deposits, even after you succeed they sometimes cancel your bets because the transaction is taking longer to settle on their end, but you are the one who has to pay for their shi-tty system. Withdrawals take way too long, usually around 10-14 days even though it clearly states that it takes around 2 working days on most methods. Also worst odds compared to any other website, just dodge this Russian shady website. They will remove any negative messages you leave in their chat. If you are unlucky enough and message their support via online chat and get guy named "David" pray to god he doesnt just instantly forward you to "other departments" because he doesnt know anything about the website at all hes working at. Overall, any other esports betting website is much much better than this one. Stay away from this trash. Not to mention that you wont be able to withdraw bigger sums of money at all because they will keep coming up with excuses to lock your account.
I put 50 dollars on egb at the end of spring. Made bets without rushing and I'm already about 300 dollars in the black, a personal record for me. I didn't cashout yet but I' waiting for the TI, maybe I will be able to get more. For me, it's all good so far.
