Suddenly starting getting charged $49/mo. No clue why. Egb says they're esports gambling booking. I don't play esports or real sports and if I'm gambling there better be a dealer and drink in my hand. They won't respond to what gamme its attached to. They said "we don't know how you got set up".

If I can give 0 star I would. This site is a fkng scam. Payouts never happened. Chat support is useless and the mail support sucks they just keep repeating everything until you get tired om reaching out to them. NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE. I will definitely file a complaint and lets see what they got. I never received my withdrawal it's just stuck in the site pending for how many weeks.

Slow P2P Cashout, ??? CC Cashout???

I probably put in about 1500 Dollars in 5 years in to my EGB account, the site is pretty decent with many esport betting options, never tried the casino.However their cashout is probably the slowest of all sites that I ever tried.I once succesfully paid out 400 Dollars via their P2P process but i took me more than 3 Months, since then it only got worse. There are so many pending P2P cashouts now that you have to get insanely lucky for someone to pick your option.As for direct cashout - i might put this review to one Star of 4 stars depending on the outcome. I have a 40 day old pending Skrill (1k USD) cash out. Support has forwarded this issue to their finance department - let's see what happens

Worst cash out process, terrible support

I'm processing cash out since April 19, cash out still in progress. AVOID AT ALL COST. You will not even get a clear response what is happening. They will just inform you that they forward it to support team. Never again. I'm not playing anymore in this site.
