I had my account on EGB for a long time but didn't use it. I tried it now and got stuck with my cash on the site. I deposited some money and then I wanted to withdraw via neteller, but the button for that disappeared, and the buttons for Skrill, MasterCard, etc., also disappeared, leaving just the P2P options. With P2P, you wait for someone to deposit via your offer, but the problem is there are too many offers and almost no one to deposit (I don't know, maybe crypto is better). I found out they made a meme about it on their YouTube channel -type Instructions for Express Cashout with EGB (cant post a link here) - well played. Someone should sue them. It's a scam. I also asked support if it's possible to cash out via Neteller. The answer was that this is temporarily unavailable, and they don't know when it will be available - I think never. So the only options is sue them and waiting for cash out via P2P------------------------------------------------------------EDIT: 28.06.2024 Their support told me that neteller is unavailable (time to fix unknown) on chat i know thats not true for other users (looks like they blocking some countries and forcing then into P2P cashout) for 2 days no response from support and my P2P cashouts still nothing ------------------------------------------------I am wating for my P2P cash out for now we will see i will update this post if somethink will happed
I won 27300 usd using their casino.I created a new account because I closed my old one. I asked the support if it was okay that I just made a new one instead of requesting to open my old one and he confirms that its fine and no issues and I make sure and ask again: if i win and cashout will there be any issues since i already have a account and he replied: no issues (got screenshot). So I gamble and win 27300 usd and request a cashout of the money and next day they close the account and deny my cashouts and cancel my balance reasoning: more than one account. Basically i got scammed. They would never cared if I lost 100000 usd but if you win big they find a way to avoid paying you.
Withdrawal is impossible!I haven't been able to withdraw $37.6 for more than 2 years. They offer only P2P and unnecessary payment systems that are unprofitable for me. If nobody chooses your payment system for a deposit, you'll never received your money.Stay away!
It has become a scammy website, definitely not what used to be 5 years back.It's been 2+ months but still my paypal withdrawal request is "in process". Your money won't come out of this website. The ban reason was "spam" and I had only written one line in the chat. Hilariously scammy website. Stay away from it! I'll give an update once the withdrawal is completed.
