Note: I will update once my cashouts are either approved or denied. I'm currently awaiting several withdrawal requests. If the service actually sends me the money I have pending on multiple cashout requests, I will have made a profit here. Brief summary of my experience so far: *Deposited a total of about $2000. *My initial withdrawal attempt was rejected, requiring multiple verification steps, including a video call with a representative. *I tried again, and about $125 was successful after a three-day wait. *After two successful withdrawals (totaling $125), I have been waiting since October 6 for the next one to be approved. I now have over a dozen withdrawal requests pending... Update: after two months of waiting for any of my cashouts to be approved, they have now blocked my account and customer support isn't responding to my emails.
As soon as I start winning, these fu**ers made it impossible for me to rollover the bonus, so they basically stole 400€. well After that I tried to withdraw the 1000€ I had left in the account. They asked every personal detail about me, photos, bank statements, ETC. Then when I gave every detail as they asked, they closed my account and now they been ignoring me about a month. If anyone knows a way to get my money back from these criminals, that would be nice.
One of the worst betting sites. Unfair, dishonest, and employing deceptive practices that are illegal. I'm a user with three withdrawals up to 8 months old that I haven't been able to complete. Write to support and they'll tell you your request has been transferred to the finance department (5 times). Avoid being scammed. I recommend never using this site under any circumstances.
After 10 years of loses I finally won $20k but after waiting 31 day my cashout were denied and I had to verified my profile which took another 31day(they ignored all my emails about the verification). After the whole process I was thinking now I can finally cashout my money but boy how wrong was I... now its almost 50 days after my verification and my cashouts are all "under process" and all my emails are ignored. So if you looking to make some money find a different website because this is scam.

Dead siteIf you wanna play in EGB, don't. Been a user of this site since 2017, and it goes lower and lower than when it already has. You just deposit and deposit and they don't ever give you your withdrawals if you win. They only probably have bots as users now. If you try to wait for your withdrawals they cancel it after 5 days and just say they have technical issues with payment provider site. Which literally means, "They got NO MONEY". They force you to withdraw via P2P instead which usually takes forever since what I told you, this is a dead site, no users "nada".If you wanna risk it, then go. But I'm telling you now base on experience, this site is dead as it goes for the future as well.
Avoid at all costs. They scammed me and tried to lie to Casino Guru when I submitted a complaint. However they didn't prove anything and hence Casinoguru closed the complaint. Scammers! Never play here. They keep less than 2k from me hope they lose way more by others not depositing!!!
