We have just booked our October Japan trip. The process was excellent and Andy agent listened carefully to what we want and proposed an excellent itinerary. That is then set out very clearly in a holiday plan… hopefully the trip will be as good as the plan!

I was a bit disappointed not to get through on the phone as the open hours seemed unclear. It felt like the company wasn't operating over the weekend. However, I emailed a representative who responded immediately. He had previously organized our last two trips, providing excellent service, so I reached out to him again. He addressed my query for this new holiday and kept in touch consistently, even over the weekend. We have since confirmed our holiday for March 26.
