We had some issues with the booking which is why I’m not giving 5 stars. The time they said they’d come didn’t happen as they didn’t turn up and the reschedule took a while and some chasing to sort but the engineers who ended up coming were friendly and professional. The cost was good and online platform for the invoicing was easy and very efficient.
