This is a very dodgy company. Read carefully the reviews, many are fake and the number of low scored reviews refer to a previous company that Gov warned not to use (changed their name). Upon challenging what the engineer said to what the report came back saying (along with a hefty charge to fix everything) they said ‘they’ would have to come back to check all has been done. This is not the case, any provider can recheck upon completing any faults and a EIC cert is produced to prove it. They use AI in their responses and not very well either.
Excellent customer service. However, when we received the EICR, there were 4 observations and recommendations for action to be taken, and the EICR was issued for 3 years not the 5 years I was expecting. It is a pity that the assessor could not have pointed these out at the time and explained the recommendations and implications to me.
I have been working with the wonderful Umer and his team for the past 4 years. From boiler issues to electrical installation. Including EICR, PAT and EPC certificates. Always so helpful and understanding. The friendliness and reliability has given me great trust throughout the years. Highly recommend.
I ordered a package on 27 August for my house purchase, which included both an EICR and a GSC (£119 and £69 respectively).The work was carried out as part of a tight purchase timeline. The team did need to move the engineer’s visit to 5 September, but communication throughout was clear and proactive, so this did not cause any issues.I received the EICR certificate promptly. There was a delay with the GSC certificate due to the engineer being on paternity leave; however, this was clearly explained when I followed up. The certificate was subsequently issued, and I was reimbursed for the GSC due to the delay.How a company handles delays or issues often says more about their service than when everything goes smoothly. In this case, EICR Cert managed the situation very well, and I was satisfied with both the communication and the resolution.
