I used landlord services

I used landlord services. I had to make last minute changes to my booking which they handled very efficiently. In the end they were hired to install a bathroom fan. The electrician was prompt, knowledgeable, amiable, effective. Would recommend.

EICR certificate and follow up work

We booked an EICR check for a flat that we were purchasing through EICR cert. They were very prompt in replying and helpful with organising the appointment with our estate agent. There was an issue that needed resolving so we then booked in this work post completion of the flat. We were very happy with the service from the electrician who was friendly and helpful when he was here. We then got sent an updated EICR certificate a couple of days later. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that the initial report took almost a week to arrive when we were initially told 2 days. In the end the timing didn't matter too much anyway though. Thank you!

First class service from start to finish

The loveliest, most communicative and reliable company to deal with. Despite a very rapid turnover between my tenants, their engineer fitted in the inspection at 5pm on Friday night and the report was expedited to reach me at 4pm on Saturday. Thank you to Hassan, Sherry, Sam and engineer Sheby for working so cheerfully to meet the deadline.
