Was fairly well priced for fire risk assessment. However had problems that the report said the smoke alarm didn't work when it did. Many calls and emails ignored getting it rectified but thankfully after leaving review they sent me the amended report
Prompt call out for a fire alarm certificate and then promptly installed new alarms as required. Communication was excellent via both email and phone - the team were very responsive to my (several!) queries and were able to accommodate an urgent request.
