I am extremely disappointed with EICR Certificate Co. and regret choosing their service.The EICR was returned Unsatisfactory with a few C2 faults and multiple C3.My core issue is the lack of transparency. I was quoted an excessive for the remedial work and have asked for a clear, itemized breakdown, particularly the cost to fix just the mandatory C2 faults, several times.They have provided zero response and no justification for the price. The communication has been unacceptable, and I highly recommend others avoid this company and pay attention to their negative reviews.
