I have sent 44,10 euro for my order and they canceled it in a week of creating it and since the order was cancelled I am waiting 2 months I still have no money from them(I have proof, documentation of purchase)
I've ordered once from Ekopyro. The delivery was really fast and I received updates of where the package was at during the delivery progress every time. Once arrived, I realised 3 of 6 products were missing. I contacted their Costumer Service and was told that they were out of stock and they would refund the amount of the missing content. The amount has been refunded to me within a week. I can't give 5 stars since products were missing, but the quick and effective costumer service made up to it. I recommend this online shop if you're looking for cheap firework.
The choice I would say is really good and the prices are cheap compared to local prices. Also the shipping is cheap because some stores charge even 25€ for shipping. The only thing that made it 4/5 is because the shipping took 1 day more than expected and most things are always sold out. Other than that it's great
This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I was told that a refund of €324.40 would be credited to my card, yet I have not received the funds. There has been no clear communication or timeline provided, leaving me in limbo without any resolution. This is unacceptable, especially for such a significant amount.
I placed an order and received a notification that my package would ship within 1-2 days, but it has now been 8 days without any updates. I have not received any responses to my emails or calls. I'm concerned that my order will not arrive on time, or that I may not receive it at all.
I placed an order on 15.12.2025 and received an email indicating I would get a tracking number within the next 7 working days after payment was processed. I didn’t hear from the shipping company, so on 25.12.2025, I reached out via email regarding the lack of updates. My package was delivered on 26.12.2025, and the following day, I received an email from the support team informing me of a full refund and apologizing for the inconvenience. This truly reflects a company that values its clients and maintains clear communication. The package arrived intact with the correct items. I trust everything will function well, and I've already informed them that the product arrived as expected, so no refund is needed. I look forward to making more purchases in the future, thanks to the quality and professionalism demonstrated by the team! 👍
I placed an order and made a payment, but after about six hours, it indicated that payment was still pending. Since I had already paid, I decided to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a refund, and when I reached out for help on social media, I received no response.
This is an excellent site for pyrotechnics. I've placed two orders, and both arrived within two weeks. The prices for the products are reasonable, and the shipping cost is quite low, around 7€ in Greece, unlike other sites that charge 30€. If anyone is hesitant about the site's legitimacy, I can assure you it's completely trustworthy; I have successfully ordered twice.
