I attempted to reach out to a representative I paid $600 for a lifetime membership. He claimed he had eye surgery and vanished, resulting in the removal of my credits from my account. When I contacted the support team repeatedly, they informed me that the site has been sold to a new owner and provided no further assistance. They even blocked me from chat. I have all the evidence and have reported this situation to the authorities; this service is a scam.
I took one year subscription after 3 months my account was not working, when I reached support team they informed your credentials is active and it is working. But unfortunately after trying multiple times i could not login and again i reached them for support for couple of times but they stopped replying after a day they suspended my account without my knowledge. i recommend stay away from this team unprofessional behaviour.
The service was fine during trial but when I took the subscription, after 4 days it started to buffer and the channel will not load. When I asked for refund(their website says refund before end of 5 days) which I requested for. Customer rep started contacting over WhatsApp and started abusing. Finally, I have filed a fraud with my credit card companyThey operate out of US, mostly Morocco and avoid this service
