Review Time
It was a good show, but having seen other similar shows, this show was average for me. I didn't know that this was a puppet show. I thought there would be real people in blue character costumes. It was definitely a good puppet show, nevertheless.
Strong performances across the ensemble, excellent band/musicians were a driving force. Set & Lighting design brilliant. Non-stop hits to carry the story forward at lightning pace.
Everything about it was Excellent. The way this production was put together was so good, i had a moment where I felt really sad that Michael is gone but appreciative of the music that he made. It was a great celebration of Michael Jackson the artist, the creator, the visionary... also the sound of the band was phenomenal and the way it was set up in theatre was perfect!
The artwork on each hole was very clever and it was also a lot of fun. We were a party of eight ladies and we did a lot of laughing. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday 🎉🎉
From getting tickets online to attending the theatre, everything went so smoothly. The only thing that was not so pleasant was the space between the seats, having to get up all the time so people can get to their seats was very annoying, there is not enough room for people to get pass when you are seated.
This show was so much better than I thought it would be. The performers were incredible, the stage props were fabulous. I wish the sound was louder because at times it was not easy to hear. A concert sound atmosphere would have blown the audience away. I also think that some audience guidance to stand and sit would have been great as there were times a random couple of people were standing and it made it difficult to see. Overall, this was such a great musical experience
A great experience, kids were engaged and excited through the whole experience. Props, set, lighting at stage set up were great!
A little disappointing that the experience was less immersive and interactive if you weren’t sitting on the ground floor - this would’ve been great to know upon booking.
Overall, I found the show to be fantastic. The storyline was expertly crafted. At times, it was challenging to identify the role of the father character, as there weren't enough props to alter his appearance. The performance was so impressive that I would gladly attend again; it's one of the best shows I've experienced in a long time.
