I contacted EL NABIL about the time-sensitivity of this package and the customer service was 1000% helpful, and eager to help me in this situation, where delivery companies are not doing their job properly. I have had a great experience with shopping with El Nabil. Customer services was in a timely matter. I had issue but it was quickly resolved. I have shopped with them a couple of times. Received my perfume and loved all the scents. For me they were blind buys. But still great buys at very good price. Which will keep me coming back.
