I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect going into this, but I’m so glad I trusted the process. The alignment session itself was incredibly grounding and helped me see patterns and blocks I hadn’t been able to access on my own. The alignment session and the guided meditation soundtracks that come out of it are hugely helpful. I wanted to make friends with my subconscious and got so much more than that. The approach was personal, thorough and amazingly useful in my daily and professional life.

I found the Neural Alignment System to be useful in that you receive audio tracks you meditate to that do more than just play peaceful music. The spoken voice on the tracks, customized to my own goals and desires, along with the music, help to orient my mindset towards a vision of my life that resonates with me. The neural alignment system was amazing! 🤩 Kristina was an amazing guide that made such a safe space for amazing things to happen. I felt I wasn’t ready for my session that day and thought that nothing was going to happen, but then boom💥, my hands 🙌 and my heart ❤️ started feeling warm and glowing as I shifted from resistance to embodied awareness of my inner light and power.
