One the product is amazing! Two the subscription is awesome. I felt an instant energy boost, which wasn't a good thing because I accidentally took the first dose at night - oops! I have noticed a more balanced mood and less afternoon crashes, which is excellent. Also the scale has been stuck for months and it is going down too. This is all within the first week, can't wait to see what happens in the next few months. Highly recommend.

I initially ordered Arctic for my daughter who was skipping her periods but decided to try it myself also. I am happy to report that her cycle was fixed within a month and my menobelly is almost gone! No weight loss but I am hopeful!
I used for 2 months, noticed some subtle changes (reduced bloating, more energy, better sleep) then forgot to reorder and was without it for a few weeks and noticed those changes weren't as subtle as I thought. I will update my review again after taking for a longer period of time and consistently but I am happy with the results so far. Affordable addition to my supplement routine.

I am very happy with this Company and it's brand. The website is very informative and easy to understand the product. Just with in a week of taking the Arctic Goddess capsules twice a day with my biggest meal, I have noticed how my muscles feel. I don't ache like I have been experiencing, my bloating is noticeably less, I have slept so good this week, and my brain fog is much less. If this is what a feel like with just a week in I am eager to see how this supplement will benefit me as I keep taking it. I feel I made a good choice at 50 with this supplement and it's benefits.
I have been using Artic Goddess for about 3 weeks now. Here's what I have noticed. 1) My libido has come back. After a hysterectomy 5 years ago, my body was as dry as the Sahara Desert. Sex was painful. The Sea Buckthorn has definitely helped in that area.2) The bloat is gone. I measured my hips and waist 2 weeks ago to see if Artic Goddess helps me tone up a little better. I'm 57, and am reasonably active - probably more than most women my age but my metabolism has all but stopped. I'm sure it has EVERYTHING to do with the hysterectomy. I know I have to give it some time so I am patiently waiting..and decided I would do planks daily as well. 3) My overall well being is better too. My sleep is deeper and I wake up feeling refreshed.4) Artic Goddess instructions say to take it at dinner time, but I take it before I go to bed because that second capsule of the day makes me tired.
