Review Time
Did some research, decided Elecate was the one to try for me, did an initial 3 month trial, which worked well for me. First time in my life I’ve had decent nails, joints feel easier but still a little sore and still to see a clear difference with hair and skin. The service has been good. What I ordered came on time and I’ve just reordered and it arrived on time too. No complaints with elevate and now starting a 9month supply. Will be interesting to see how I look and feel in 9 months time which will be one year from taking my first delicious cuppa. Think I’d miss this in the morning now.
I was hoping this would make a change, it wasn’t until friends started asking, what’s different’ you look different. Which I was sceptical, then I was asked more and more. So YES I am loving the product and have ordered another year’s worth. It’s tasty and so easy to put in to your daily routine. The order process is great and they answer questions, quickly. So far so good! This product was recommended to me by a friend. I’ve tried both Bovine and Marine collagen at separate times but wanted to try both together, I also need to make sure it included Vitamin C. Elevate ticks all the boxes. The first order came with a great promotion and super quick delivery. I’ve only been taking this for 4 days but I have high expectations! I ordered flavourless so I can add it into coffee or my porridge. As long as it’s warm, the powder mixes well.
I have had a pretty terrible customer service experience with Elavate. I tried to cancel my subscription, which admittedly, was just after the payment was taken, my fault. But I contacted Elavate to ask them to cancel or if I could return. No response. Messaged them on Instagram, twice. No response. Emailed again, got a response from Alex, founder, offering for me to keep my subscription at a slightly discounted price, and either return my shipment when received, or keep and they would discount. I explained my rationale for cancellation was financial, like everything in life now, it's all subscription based and it's all getting too much. I responded to Alex's email but have yet to hear back. I think the customer service and response times are poor. The product itself i have found to be ok, a little pricey and I'm not sure it's any better than another brand that I could get for a slightly lower cost.
