First and foremost this is absolutely working for me [- i have little to no hunger most of the time and have lost 4kg in 5 weeks, and that is 4kg that would not shift prior to this, even when i tried mounjaro (which had loads of side effects including insomnia for me which was awful!). Still requires some mental effort not to drift into bad eating habits at times, but not being hungry most of the time helps massively. I'm really pleased and also found delivery very quick and efficient and response to any queries also.
I am one month in and can definitely feel a positive change. I've never been a very big eater or had a huge appetite but the 'food noise' which I never fully understood is gone and I am fuller much quicker - I am eating half the portions I used to. I also have a noticeable reduction in cravings for sugary treats. My stomach is good/calm and I experience zero heartburn. I am enjoying this way of being.

Male mid 30s. I have been taking Elcella for 2-3 months now. What struck me compared to other weight loss products / drugs I have used in the past is its versatility of using it. Previous weight loss products I had to change my doses and / or frequency of use which made the weight loss experience complicated and frustrating as I didn’t know if it was being effective. Elcella was easy and simple and I will continue to use it to benefit my lifestyle and travels.
I have been taking Elcella for 16 weeks now and I have lost 7kg and 13cm from my waistline. It took at least 6 weeks for me to start seeing results, as it does with any weight loss method. First measurable change was the cm's from my waist. I have found this to be the most sustainable method I've used before as I don't really have to think about it. The changes felt subtle at first but day by day I could feel my food preferences and habits shifting. The first thing I noticed was feeling full much quicker, so I naturally was eating less. It has also helped significantly with food noise! I have no food noise now whatsoever. I had a phone call with the Elcella team who were extremely helpful throughout my whole experience. I have now subscribed ongoing and I can't wait to see what else this journey brings!
Unfortunately I had no noticeable difference to appetite after 3 weeks of use. I understand it takes time to build up but the lack of any change after 3 weeks use and the high cost of the subscription have forced me to cancel my subscription, I can’t afford to spend another 200 if I have no confidence in the product working. My advice is to offer low cost for first 2 months so users get to see a result (if it does work)
