I thought the effects were subtle, but I have lost 7cm off my waist so far over the past couple of months! I’m losing weight gradually, but can tell I’m retaining muscle mass as I’m still able to push myself weight lifting in the gym. A strong positive effect outside of this is the boost to my mood, I just feel better day-to-day and notice when I miss a dose. I’ll be continuing on Awaken for another 3 months to strengthen the results so far, and then will consider dropping the dosage.

I started on Elcella 6 months ago and I was skeptical, although I knew it was backed by significant scientific research. I started to feel changes after 4/5 weeks, less snacking and started to feel full when I was eating my meals. Lost a couple of cm off my waist but no weight loss. The amazing thing for me was that I then lost 12kg over the 10 weeks when I reduced my dosage to 2 capsules twice a day. I lost another 2 kg in the next 4 weeks and the reduced my dosage to 2 capsules once a day. I have continued to have reduced cravings and eat smaller meals. I have maintained my weight loss, while feeling energised. It does take time, but it works
I have been really surprised by Elcella. It was an expensive investment and I was dubious but liked the science behind it. I have bile acid malabsorption and have struggled for years with poor digestion etc and I also wanted to lose some weight. I’ve been on it for 2 months now (2 bottles) and my digestive issues are stable, my skin is very good and although I’ve not lost weight yet, in the last 2 weeks my sweet cravings have really tailed off. I believe it’s helping the restoration of a healthy gut and will stay on this dose for another 3 months, when I think I will start to see weight loss too.
After reading about Elcella in a Times supplement in November I decided to purchase the 'Awaken' course of pills. After about a month I noticed that I had stopped eating between meals. Now after ten weeks I have dropped a couple of kilos, even though my wife and I have celebrated Christmas, New Year and a special Birthday in the meantime. I expect to lose more weight by the end of the ninety days and will then choose my next course. I am delighted with the progress I've made. I would rate it a total scam. Took it religiously for a month and a half. No change in appetite, food noise, weight.. I feel robbed. Caused me massive diarrhoea initially, that settled later. Expensive laxative. I feel robbed, this should be illegal…
