Good service and products, but unfortunately, they did not have enough stock of what I needed. I took all available items—900 self-drilling hex screws—hoping to return for the remaining 600, but a week later, they were still out of stock with no updates. Due to time constraints, I had to source from another supplier. Additionally, I paid for next working day delivery with a cut-off at 2:00 PM on Friday, but it didn't arrive until Tuesday, causing extra downtime.
The courier service failed to arrive at the property. I monitored via CCTV and saw no attempt to deliver. Instead, the app indicated a delivery attempt with the parcel left at a shop, requiring me to travel over 5 miles to collect it the next day.
