Review Time
Great TV delivered on time - to be honest i can't even see where they said it had minor defects on the screen - and i dont mean they arent noticeable, i mean i've looked for them and can't find them. So i got myself a real bargain paid less than 30% of retail price.
Unboxed my beautiful 65inch Sony TV. Installed it on the wall then turned it on. Loaded up the home screen then boom turned off flashing red lights. Contacted them to see about a replacement and told I had to get a refund as they couldn't replace or fix it. This TV had a catastrophic error that I would say was known about by this company at the point of sale. The we switch it on and show you it's working is exactly just that. Turn it on then wait for the first welcome screen to come on then straight back off. They only check if the screen switches on and there's no damage. I've now to hang about for days possibly weeks with no TV and waiting for a refund. I also spent 70 on a bracket to suit this TV which might not be compatible with my next one. The old saying is if something's too good to be true it usually is. Avoid a disappointing bargain and shop around instead. Added edit. I don't believe they sent the wrong TV as it was the only one in stock they didn't have a replacement. I'd avoid this company I don't think they're very genuine. Extra update. If you did do that prove it. Put up some sort of verifiable paperwork.
I have been watching the website for a while for a 3D TV as my LG one is getting on and has some minor issues. Finally i decided to go for one that was ungraded - suppose to mean the screen is pristine. Sadly on arrival and setting up there is one blemish on the screen which is a shame as its a brill TV but also not repairable it seems - i did ask these guys if they could repair even if i paid but they never responded to this although offered to collect and return but i cant afford to wait for another to come up so decided to keep it. they told me on the phone TV's with no faults declared should be as they are sealed stock.
