Company are very open and honest about condition of all their products, great service and friendly staff. They were v helpful when loading my car for the first TV I purchased, and delivery team were great for the 2nd one I purchased where they waited on site for me to check the item purchased to ensure everything was OK before leaving.
TV came in great condition, no damage, though was missing one of the remotes so -1 star, I only knew there was one missing because I own another bigger version and it came with 2 remotes, didn't see any point in contacting them because the TVs seem to come as listed, and I had a spare remote, though it didn't mention a missing remote. other than that all great
