I received tracking information within 24 hours, and they were delivered within 48 hours. The quality is excellent and matches the description perfectly. I highly recommend this service.

However, they have not answered three emails regarding this error. I have lost £23, so be cautious; they do not seem to be an honorable company.

I have now initiated a dispute through my bank and ordered dumbbells from another seller. I would not recommend this company, as it seems uncertain whether you will receive your order.
