It took exactly 12 days for the package to arrive to California. The tracking is wonderful. The customer service respond time is also excellent.I ordered powdered form and paid extra money for it, but it arrived more like shredded powdery form. And the quality of the yield is not good. I did got a good amount of yield. But the potency is nothing to brag about. And I have had gone to at least half dozen other vendors, therefore I know what I'm talking about and I know more than most people when it comes to quality of the root bark. Overall, I am disappointed with the product. I asked them when will they get the ultra fine powdered, and supposedly they should have it by end of July. I think it must have something to do with their method of powdered the stuff. On their website, they give instructions on how to powdered it, which is through a blender. That will be a big mistake. If u don't care about the potency, then by all means go ahead. You will get the good amount of yield. But I am one who care more about quality than quantity.The reason why doing it with the blender is not good because the amount of heat it generate, which that in turn will kill the potency of your yield. I will try to place an order with them again in the future, but I would opt for the whole bark and grind it myself with an appropriate grinder.
