I've been purchasing model kits from the company regularly this year. There was only one instance where they missed shipping an item, but they quickly addressed my concern and sent it out. Their prices are usually lower than other suppliers in the country. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.
My order was never completed, and I had to send multiple emails before it was canceled. Now I can't find the item anywhere as it was a limited edition. I wish I had read the negative reviews before making my purchase; lesson learned—shop elsewhere.
I bought a model train that was advertised as exceptional. Upon arrival, I found broken parts and non-functioning components. Despite providing photographic evidence of the issues, the company's response was dismissive and unhelpful. I usually have good experiences with online sellers, but this was not one of them. I will not be returning.

After several years of being a satisfied customer, I am now mildly disappointed. The engine I recently ordered does not work as promised, and customer service informed me that a return for service is not authorized. I have always enjoyed great service in person, so this experience was a letdown. I may or may not choose to deal with them again in the future.
I placed an order a few days ago, but one item was incorrect. When I contacted them, they informed me that the item I ordered was no longer available. I found a similar item on their website, but they refused to send it as a replacement. This level of customer service is disappointing, and I'll be looking elsewhere for future orders.
I ordered several switches, all of which were described as very good or like new. However, upon opening, I found that they were misboxed and I only received one of the right-hand switches. Two switches had cut wires, and one was jammed. After waiting for slow shipping, I was reluctant to return them, especially since a refund wasn't guaranteed. My complaint went unanswered. I’ve spent a lot this year on train items, and I will be looking for another vendor.
